How often should I get my bins cleaned?
We recommend monthly cleaning to prevent the return of foul odors, insects and rodents.
Do I need to empty my bins before you arrive?
Yes, we only service empty bins. Your service is scheduled the same day of your trash pick up.
How do you clean my bins?
We use a 200 degree high pressure system that kills 99% of bacteria inside of the bin, and then we blast the entire outside of the bin leaving it clean and sanitized. No chemicals are used to ensure an eco-friendly service.
Do I need to keep my payment info on file?
Yes, you will need to enter your payment information in a secure payment portal (Jobber.com) for recurring services. We accept all major credit cards and ACH payments.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — you can cancel anytime. If canceled early, completed cleanings are simply adjusted to standard Pay-As-You-Go service rates.
